Refund policy

Please note that we do not accept cash refunds or exchanges without the original receipt. Garments that are unworn/unwashed can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Further, we do not offer any exchange and returns on clearance and discounted articles.

No claim will be entertained on previous season stock as well. Any claim pertaining to the current season will be processed within 15 working days after quality inspection.

Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or an exchange (of full price articles) within 24 hours of receiving the item at our registered email address customercare@harishassaan.com
